Trial Licenses Usage Policy

Key-based licensing account

Trials are exclusively available to first-time subscribers and are offered for a limited range of products. The trial period may vary depending on the type of product. Each user is permitted to sign up for only one trial per payment method, and servers that have previously utilized our licenses under a trial are not eligible for registration. CloudLinux reserves the right to terminate trials or restrict access to services at any time if there is a violation of CloudLinux’s terms.

Once the trial period ends and Your account has registered servers, Your trial will automatically convert to a subscription. You will be automatically charged the listed price, and then every month starting on the first billing date until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel the trial at any time through your account.

You are prohibited from creating new accounts to obtain new trial licenses for the same product or service. Failure to comply may result in related IP addresses being restricted in CloudLinux systems and in locking or cancelling Your account.

CloudLinux reserves the right to lock or cancel Your account and/or suspend or terminate any support services provided to You at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of this Trial Licenses Usage Policy, at CloudLinux`s sole discretion, without incurring any liability by CloudLinux to You. In the event CloudLinux locks or cancels Your account, we will provide notice to You, but it is not CloudLinux`s obligation to notify You, and CloudLinux will not be liable for failure to do so.
