Trial Licenses Usage Policy

Key-based licensing account

As a new customer, You have the option to try our products by activating a trial license either
through Your account or directly from the Imunify website.
Trial licenses are available for a limited range of products. The trial period may vary depending
on the type of product.
Once activated, the trial license cannot be deactivated manually. On its termination date, the
system will automatically remove it from Your account. Please note that the trial license doesn’t
automatically convert into a paid license.
To continue using the product after the trial license expires, You can purchase a paid version of
the product. Should You opt for a paid subscription within the same product category for which
you have activated a trial license and do so prior to the expiration of the trial license, all servers
registered under the trial license will transition to the paid subscription on the day you purchase
the paid version. Billing commences on the day you purchase the paid version.
You are prohibited from creating new accounts to obtain new trial licenses for the same product
or service. Failure to comply may result in related IP addresses being restricted in CloudLinux
systems and in locking or canceling Your account.
You can use trial licenses for the same product or service once a year. To reset a trial license
one year after the previous trial license expiration date, please submit a request to the Billing
Department.
CloudLinux reserves the right to lock or cancel Your account and/or suspend or terminate any
support services provided to You at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to a
violation of this Trial Licenses Usage Policy, at CloudLinux`s sole discretion, without incurring
any liability by CloudLinux to You. In the event CloudLinux locks or cancels Your account, we
will provide notice to You, but it is not CloudLinux`s obligation to notify You, and CloudLinux will
not be liable for failure to do so.
